Relationship builder, deal maker, and marketing strategist, Rose drives sales and leasing strategies to enhance revenue growth and market share for clients locally and nationally. At Center Star Property Group, based in Fort Lauderdale FL, and Northern NJ, Rose managed a breadth of projects for a commercial portfolio that included the new development of a 17-acre mixed-use site in Port St Lucie FL.
Additionally, Rose accelerated post-pandemic redevelopment across multiple urban and suburban NJ complexes by swiftly securing long-term commercial leasing agreements identifying franchise and corporate tenants.
More recently, Rose expanded her CRE experience as an Investment Sales Advisor at TD Commercial Group representing 1031 Exchange clients sourcing investment NNN properties.

Having earned a degree in Business Administration with minors in entrepreneurship and law, DeShawn is equipped with a comprehensive understanding of business principles, legal framework, and the art of nurturing new ventures. With his background as a marketing manager and strong leader of an Insurance firm, he brings his expertise into the realm of commercial real estate.
DeShawn believes in building strong relationships, having open communication, and going above and beyond to deliver exceptional results. Outside of his professional endeavors, DeShawn is an active member of his community, where he volunteers his time and expertise to support local initiatives.

Jacqueline Newmark-Tavares

Jacqueline started her real estate career in 1999, handling the leasing and management of a large commercial portfolio. By 2000, she joined CBRE where she focused on the needs of office and retail tenants for 16 years. During her time at CBRE, Jacqueline gained a deep understanding of the issues that tenants and buyers can experience when they don’t have a strong representative advocating for their best interests.
Her passion for representing buyers and tenants led her to establish Newmark Commercial Real Estate in 2016 where she has represented restaurateurs, national stock brokerages, technology firms, distribution warehouses, medical offices, and more. With her market knowledge and commercial real estate experience, Jacqueline is able to find her clients their ideal properties, negotiate favorable terms, and offer creative solutions to all their real estate needs.
